It is established that the security in case of emergency and in a normal mode of operation became the main priority in the design choices of underground parking. At the same time assigning jet ventilation system determines the allowable limit of fire resistance and the type of jet fans and the greatest influence on the value selected ventilation equipment. It is shown that, firstly, the jet ventilation system is optimal from the point of view of safety in modern underground parking, and secondly, the realization of the advantages of jet ventilation requires the proper selection of the size of jet fans and their rational allocation of indoor parking. It is shown that the choice of the size used jet fan depends on space planning solutions premises parking. The formulae are derived that provide optimal choice of the size of the jet fan, based on the number of fans required for ventilation of the parking lot. Regularities of the development of axisymmetric restricted air flow produced when the jet fan in the room, closed parking.
