We consider central air conditioner (CC), whose task is to maintain the required parameters of air pollution in two areas with different character of heat and humidity loads of them. Work of the Central Committee analyzed in two ways. The first concerns the technological feasibility of organizing the processes of heat and humidity of air treatment in a CC. The second aspect is considering the feasibility of implementing these processes in terms of efficiency of consumed energy at the same time. Pressures on the premises adopted such that nevertheless could provide a technological possibility of functioning of the Central Committee into two rooms. This has allowed greater attention to focus on the analysis of efficiency of functioning of the Central Committee, given its significant energy content. For example, five of the representative points of the climate shows qualitatively how much can differ among themselves the cost of energy consumed in the Central Committee, operates on two premises, from the reference values of these expenses, which could occur in single-zone air conditioning systems, each of which is a self-catered its premises. It has been shown that it is impossible to reduce the air flow through the CC working on two premises to its limit value equal to the amount minimally unavoidable expenses outside air for these facilities. It must necessarily be possible to provide variable flow of outside air into the Central Committee. Otherwise CC technology can not ensure maintenance of the desired air parameters in both areas.
